Why BreezeCleans?

Quality of Service
We take great pride in the quality of our staff and the standards of service they provide. All are chosen very carefully and trained to offer you the highest quality service possible. Company Owner, Tracy Lovatt has a background and qualifications in home care and so has a particular understanding of the difficulties faced by those of limited mobility or those who suffer from medical conditions which may inhibit their ability to carry out domestic cleaning tasks.

Peace of Mind
It is very important to us that you feel as comfortable as possible with our staff and we therefore have several measures in place to help achieve this. All our employees undergo rigorous screening (including Police Checks through South Yorkshire Police) and our selection process requires potential candidates to provide at least two references from former employers. All our staff wear green tabards and are issued with ID cards which carry the photograph of the holder and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions before admitting our staff into your home.

Any personal, private or security information (such as key safe details) will be stored securely and issued only on a need-to-know basis to our staff.

We are constantly monitoring and reviewing the quality of the service which we provide.
At the end of each visit, you will be asked to sign a worksheet to confirm your satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, we actively encourage suggestions, comments and complaints which will allow us to improve the service which we offer.

Any suggestions, comments or complaints will be addressed promptly and treated in the strictest confidence. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints and implement service enhancing changes in the shortest possible timescale.

Our large, directly-employed workforce allows us to cover staff holidays, sickness and other absences so your service is not interrupted.
