How do I arrange for a cleaner and what can I expect?

On first contacting us, we will make an appointment to visit you to discuss your needs and the frequency/timing of visits. The service is fully customisable and any special requirements can be discussed at this initial, free, no-obligation meeting. The BreezeCleans representative who visits you will, like all our staff, carry a photo-ID card.

Will I have the same cleaner on every visit?
Wherever possible, the same cleaners will attend at each visit. There may be times, due to sickness or holidays where this is not possible. In such cases, you will be informed in advance of any change. All our staff have undergone the stringent security checks which BreezeCleans insist upon, and have received the same training, so you can be assured that the high quality service you have come to expect will be maintained.

Do you use your own cleaning materials?
To avoid allergic reactions, we prefer to use cleaning materials provided by you. However, we are able to use our own cleaning materials upon request and this should be discussed at the initial appointment.

Do I have to pay 'up-front' ?
No. Many cleaning companies do ask for pre-payment. We believe it's unfair to expect customers to pay for something which they have not yet received. Payment by cash or cheque can be made to the cleaner at the end of their visit, or arrangements can be made for monthly invoicing.

Do you employ your own staff - or do you use self-employed/contractors?
All staff are employed directly by BreezeCleans Ltd. We do not use contractors or distribute work to self-employed cleaners. In the unlikely event that any issues should arise, we believe it is important that there should be no question of accountability.

Are your staff vetted?
All our staff are rigourously vetted. Prior to employment, each staff member is the subject of police checks through South Yorkshire Police and references are sought from previous employers.
